This checklist covers all required steps for hiring a new OASIS staff member, from opening a role through offer acceptance. Role-dependent items are grouped separately and should only be completed where applicable.

- Role-Dependent Items — Complete only if applicable to this role. Confirm with (Interim) ED or hiring manager before proceeding.
