Executive Roles #
Applies to director-level and above positions.
Senior hires carry greater organizational and financial weight than staff-level positions, and require additional governance steps before an offer is extended. As a 501(c)(6), OASIS has obligations to ensure that executive compensation and commitments are made with appropriate board oversight. Where offer terms are complex or outside standard parameters, employment counsel should review before the letter goes out.
