Insperity #

OASIS uses Insperity as its HR platform. Offer letters and background screening are initiated through the Insperity portal. Contact HR for access and process details.

Remote.com #

Remote.com is used for payroll and contractor payments, particularly for non-US staff and contractors. Enrollment is initiated by HR after offer acceptance where applicable.

Handoff to Onboarding #

Once a signed offer letter is received, the hiring process is complete and the onboarding process begins. See New Employee Onboarding for all steps from this point forward.
