New Employee Onboarding #
This checklist covers all required steps for onboarding a new OASIS staff member, from pre-hire document collection through the first 30 days. Role-dependent items are grouped separately and should only be completed where applicable.
Sections #
- Before Day 1 — Items HR or hiring manager must complete before the employee's first day
- Day 1 — Forms, accounts, and onboarding tasks for the employee's first day
- Week 1 — Account provisioning and system access for the employee's first week
- Within 30 Days — Benefits elections and other items due within 30 days of hire
- Role-Dependent Items — Complete only if applicable to this employee's role. Confirm with the hiring manager before provisioning.
