Staff Offboarding #
This checklist covers all required steps for offboarding a departing OASIS staff member, from notice through post-departure closeout. Role-dependent items are grouped separately and should only be completed where applicable.

- Before Last Day — Items HR, IT, or the manager must complete before the employee’s final day
- Last Day — Equipment return, account deactivation, and departure tasks on the employee’s final day
- After Departure — Post-departure closeout tasks for HR and IT
- Role-Dependent Items — Complete only if applicable to this employee’s role. Confirm with the manager before proceeding.
